Ho Chi Minh City -  homestay – Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh City

Day 1 Ho Chi Minh City - Biking Cai Thia – Homestay

Leave Ho Chi Minh City for Tien Giang province. Upon arrival, cross the river and cycle along the Cai Thia village path through serene countryside with stops at a temple, a rice paper making place, and a local house. Board your boat and have your lunch while cruising to Binh Hoa Phuoc Island to take a sampan ride around small creeks before getting to your homestay. On arrival, the host will welcome you. In the afternoon, you can relax or walk around the islet. Take part in dinner preparation with the host.

Day 2 Homestay - Biking Phuoc Hau – Cruise Can Tho

Leave the homestay after breakfast and take a boat trip to Vinh Long. Start cycling (~5km) through the serene Phuoc Hau countryside passing by a local market, schools and a vegetable village.  Board a boat and cruise to Can Tho. En route take a short walk along the river to a café for refreshments. Enjoy your lunch onboard. In the afternoon, enjoy the passing riverside scenery including pottery shops, rice mills and vegetable nurseries. Take a short walk to visit a place that specializes in making dried tofu before crossing the Hau River to Victoria Can Tho Resort and Spa. For the rest of day enjoy the pool and relax at the resort.

Day 3 Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh City

Enjoy a morning boat cruise to the Cai Rang Floating Market full of small boats and vessels that deliver goods from all parts of the Mekong Delta. You will have a chance to observe lively activities of merchants trading their produce. Continue cruising to Ba Lang canal; stop at an orchard to visit and enjoy seasonal fruit before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.
