Drive to Dong Ho Village in the morning where artisans have been practicing woodblock painting since the 17th century. Then explore the art of making Dong Ho paintings before cycling along the dike of Duong River to But Thap Pagoda. Afterwards, continue riding to Dinh To Village to visit a traditional Vietnamese family. Have a picnic lunch at a historic house typical of Vietnamese architecture in the northern delta. Discover the daily life of a Vietnamese farming family and their ancestral worshiping practice. In the afternoon, we will drive to Bat Trang Village, which is renowned for its ceramics. On arrival, take a stroll through narrow lanes of the ancient village to discover and witness the art of pottery and ceramics coming to life. Under the guidance of skilled artisans, you will learn how to shape ceramic products. Visit the local market that boasts a variety of ceramic products. Return to Hanoi.
