VC35 Tonle Bati - Prasat Neang Khmau - Chiso Temple (FD)

Take a drive through the countryside to Chiso Mountain to explore an 11th century Khmer Brahmanic Temple. The temple is located atop the mountain and although ruined, it still has a lot to reveal in terms of religion and history. From its height of 380 metres, you will have a rewarding scenic view of the surrounding rice paddies in Takeo Province. It may be reached via the western stairs comprised of 180 steps. The path down is to the south and has 408 steps. During the return to Phnom Penh, stop en route to visit Neang Khmau Temple before proceeding to a silk weaving village at Tonle Bati. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the river. Visit Ta Prohm and Yeay Poeu Temples before returning to Phnom Penh.
